INTRODUCTION

Having established direct links to the grass root level we get regular feedback on performance of components & parts. With this very realistic feedback & experience gained over a period of time we started our own manufacturing in 1983.

CARTEX AUTO SYSTEMS manufacturing unit   conforms to the latest technological standards of modern auto industry with the following infrastructure:

TOOL ROOM

Equipped with modern tool room facilities for the manufacturing of die casting & sheet metal dies/ moulds, under the strict supervision of mechanical engineers.

CASTING SHOP

The Company possessses 160 - Ton, 120 Ton, 60 Ton HMT and Hot Chamber Machine. We undertake Pressure Die Casting of components of any profile from 1gm upto 1000gms weight. Since inception, the company has fabricated more than 500 sophisticated dies, with practically no limits in the area of angularity, perpendicularity, centre distances, parallelism runouts and concentricity.

PRESS SHOP

With power presses ranging from 2.5- Ton to 150- Ton capacity capable of producing critical components within close tolerance.

SHOP FLOOR

With modern manufacturing facilities consisting of various special purpose machines, machining centre and test gadgets for drilling, tapping, reaming and boring operation of different type of products.

ASSEMBLY LINE

Sophisticated Dust proof Assembly line is maintained with strict quality control standards. Before final assembly all materials, parts and components are thoroughly checked and tested for sub-assembly. Various test gadgets are provided in line to test the circuit to ensure the high standard of performance.

QUALITY CONTROL

Cartex is totally committed to deliver the high quality products. This commitment is backed by continual investment in sophisticated inspection equipment to ensure stringent control at all stages.

FINAL TESTING

Before final testing of the assembly/components on engine/dynamometer each is checked on the various tets gadget to achieve a better efficiency and trouble free service.
